ORRVILLE— Scott Brian Eash, age 59, of Orrville, passed away peacefully on January 3, 2020, at University Hospital in Cleveland, surrounded by his family.
He was born on August 18, 1960, in Orrville, the son of Gary and Wilma (Liechty) Eash. He was united in marriage to Coral “Corrie” Wilson on July 3, 1982, in Orrville. She survives.
Scott was a 1979 graduate of Orrville High School and had been employed for over 30 years as an expediter for Arti-Flex in Wooster.
He attended Calvary Assembly of God Church in Orrville. Scott enjoyed playing the trumpet, the outdoors, camping, boating, following Orrville sports, Ohio State Buckeyes, and the Cleveland Indians.
He especially enjoyed his family and was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother. He loved his dogs, and was always willing to help anyone who needed help. Scott positively impacted the lives of many people.
In addition to his wife, Corrie, he is survived by a son, Bradley (Jessica) Eash of Massillon; daughters, Angela (Jason) Gilbert of Orrville, Jade (Derek) Thompson of North Lawrence, and Jina Eash of Orrville; grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kourtney, Kalista, and Destiny; great-grandchild, Alexa; mother, Wilma Eash of Orrville; brother, Eric (Jenifer) Eash of Scio, OH; and sister, Kristen (Paul) Eash of Orrville.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Eash and an aunt, Lois Liechty.
Services will be held at Auble Funeral Home in Orrville on Wednesday, January 8, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Chuck Davis officiating.
