Dalton boys continue streak with wins over Hillsdale, Chippewa

As the end of the regular season and the start of the tournament grows closer, Dalton High School’s boys varsity basketball team is showing its strength. The Dawgs grabbed wins over Hillsdale and Chippewa to improve their overall record to 15-4 and their WCAL record to 9-3.
Dalton cruised out of Hillsdale with the 59-37 win on Jan. 31. Jalen Wenger put up 13 points. Joey Dalessandro and Liam Riggenbach both scored 10 points each. Jaiden Malone had nine points and three assists. Adam Bidlack finished with five points, four rebounds and four assists. Ezra Miller scored four points in the win.
The Dawgs handed Chippewa a 66-43 loss on the Chipps’ home court on Feb. 1.
