Miller, Glenn D.
Glenn D. Miller, 61, of Dalton, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at University Hospital in Cleveland following a brief illness.
He was born in Dover on July 19, 1958 to the late Richard and Marilyn (Meyer) Miller and married Barbara Hofstetter on May 17, 1986 and she survives.
He was a retired truck driver and in recent years served as the custodian for the Kidron Mennonite Church where he was an active member. Glenn could be frequently found helping others, both at church and other places of need.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters, Katie Miller of Dalton and Amy (Josh) Henry of Marysville; siblings, Mary (Ralph) Kidd of Malvern, Doris (Dave) Canterbury of Wooster, Guy Miller of Navarre, Greg (Linda) Miller of Dalton and Linda Bowman of Massillon; and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am at the Kidron Mennonite Church with Pastor Carl Wiebe officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call on Friday from 5-8 PM at the church or on Saturday, one hour prior to services. Spidell Funeral Home in Mount Eaton is handling the arrangements.
