Bosley, Elinor Elizabeth

North Lawrence — Elinor Elizabeth Bosley, age 86, of North Lawrence, died Saturday, April 4, 2020, at her residence, following a period of declining health.
Elinor was born on October 1, 1933, in Apple Creek, to the late Elias and Mildred (Falb) Kiener, graduated from Apple Creek High School in 1952, and married Harley O. Bosley on August 10, 1958, in Orrville. Harley died on November 16, 2001.
She worked at her parent’s store, Kiener Variety Store, in Apple Creek until 1958, and then, with her husband, founded Spring Valley Dairy Farm in North Lawrence.
Elinor was a member of Christian and Missionary Alliance Church in Orrville where she sang in the church choir and was part of the women’s prayer group. She enjoyed crocheting, drawing, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving are her daughter, Linda (Todd) Forrer of North Lawrence and her children: Anthony (Carolyn) Forrer of Lincoln, NE, Amanda (Jonathan) Pabst of Wellington, Andrew (Rachel) Forrer of Orrville, Audrey (Seth) Houser of Marshallville, Abram Forrer of PA, and Annette Forrer of North Lawrence; daughter Becky (Brian) Kline of Jeromesville and her children: Johnathan (Mariana Cantera) Bosley of Orrville, Jenny (Denin) Miletto of Sullivan, Cody (Mavyn) Kline of Glenmont, Dan Kline of Jeromesville, and Aaron Kline of Jeromesville; six great grandchildren: Michael Pabst, Jessica Pabst, Mathew Forrer, Estella Cantera, DeAnna Miletto, and Addi Kline; sister, Theda Rayl of Clinton; and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, Harley, and her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Donald Kiener.
Private graveside services will be held at Newmans Creek Cemetery in North Lawrence, with Pastor Paul Simonsen officiating.
A memorial service may be held at a later date.
