Dalton Police investigate car theft

DALTON  Village police are wrapping up the investigation of a case last week involving thefts of a car and some items from BellStores.

A vehicle was reported stolen from Haasz Automall of Dalton last week and petty theft also was reported from the nearby BellStores. The vehicle was recovered in Columbus over the weekend.

Dalton Police Chief Ryan Pearson advises the investigation is wrapping up and charges against the suspects will be submitted for review by the county prosecutor’s office.
