Edna Grace (Wenger) Begly, 99, of Chester Township passed peacefully from this life on Sunday, May 31, 2020 at her home.
She was born on December 30, 1920 to Joseph M. and Annie (Good) Wenger and was a lifelong resident of Chester Township. She married Ivan Begly on January 1, 1940. The shared 65 years of marriage before he passed away in 2005.
She very much enjoyed gardening and being outdoors and she made many quilts. She loved to bless other people with gifts. She was a member of Chester Christian Fellowship.
Edna is survived by children, Joanne (Paul) Richard, Janet (Virgil) Weaver and Darla (Mervin) Sadler, all of Wooster, Esther (Erwin) Amstutz of Dalton, Dwight Begly, and son-in-law Alvin (Clara) Nussbaum of Kidron; 28 grandchildren; 79 great-grandchildren; 21 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Joseph G. (Dorothy) Wenger; sister, Emma Wenger.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ivan; a daughter, Elaine (Alvin) Nussbaum; a grandson; a great-granddaughter; and brothers, Paul Wenger and Earl Wenger.

The family would like to thank Hospice and all who have helped with kind deeds, encouragement, and prayers.
A socially-distanced viewing is planned for Tuesday, June 2, 2020 from 3:00-7:00 pm at Chester Christian Fellowship. Anyone is welcome to join the graveside service on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at 11:30 am at the same location. Spidell Funeral Home in Mount Eaton is assisting the family with arrangements.
