Happy 80th birthday to Ralph Basinger on June 15

Longtime Dalton School District treasurer Ralph Basinger recently celebrated his 80th birthday with family at his daughter’s home near Orrville. Since retiring he’s kept busy by volunteering at various non-profit organizations and going to his grandchildren’s sporting events.
