BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENT: It’s a girl!

Elsa Raquel was born to Clinton and Sherilyn Fisher, of Virginia, on July 29. She joins a brother Yendiel Vaughn. She weighed 8 pounds. Grandparents are Dale and Beulah Dueck of Port Republic VA and Daniel and Evelyn Fisher of Mt. Sterling KY. Great grandparents are Earl and Rosina Amstutz of Dalton, Henry and Mary Dueck of OK, Glen and Frieda Stutzman of PA and David and Mary Ann Fisher of VA.
