Community Strategic Vision Committee meeting report
KIDRON The Community Strategic Vision Committee met Sept. 2 to review the current status of fire and EMS protection in Sugar Creek Township.
Topics included current levies upcoming on the November 2020 ballot, as well as presentations from representatives of East Wayne Fire District, Kidron Volunteer Fire Department, villages of Marshallville and Dalton and residents outlining their understanding and perspective of the upcoming fire and EMS levies. All Vision members were unanimous in support of one another.
Vision members include: Blake Nussbaum II, Kyle Nussbaum, Ryan Sprunger, Jed Sprunger, John Sprunger, Matt Rabatin, Terry Johns, Dennis Finley, Kent Neuen-schwander, Jesse Allison, Tom Gregory, Phil Schla-bach, Gary Falb, Greg Kutz, Phil Neuenschwander, John Mark Tyrrell, Mark Clark, Dennis Horst, Bob Brooker, Mike Finney.
The mission of the Community Strategic Vision Committee is to provide community feedback in a cross-functional format for citizens to public service organizations.
Meetings are open to the public, address various topics and are scheduled as needed a couple of times per year.
