OSP charges Ashland woman with 8th OVI offense

WOOSTER  Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers have charged an Ashland woman with operating a vehicle under the influence – her eighth OVI offense, according to a news release.

Jessica Annamae Johnson was arrested on U.S. 30 in East Union Township at 12:19 a.m. in Wayne County. 

Johnson is scheduled to appear in Wayne County Municipal Court this week.
