Corbett, Lavinia

Lavinia was born on March 21, 1955, in Tiffin, Ohio, to the late Walter and Irene (Henry) Nehls and married James M. on October 19. 1982, at their home in Orrville.
She graduated from Waynedale High School in 1973 and worked as a homemaker for many years.
Lavinia was a member of Salem Mennonite Church in Kidron. She loved to garden and prepare meals for her family as well as spend time with her grandchildren. She was the co-owner of General Building Maintenance Corp and co-founder of Rivendell Exotic Animal Farm.
Surviving are her husband James M. Corbett; daughters, Jennifer (Guy ) Rougeux of Fayetteville, NC and Suzanne (James) Good of Orrville; two sons, David (Joni) Corbett of Orrville and Tim Corbett of AL; five grandchildren, Matt Corbett, Mason Corbett, Dillon Corbett, Jessica Baer, Cameron Good, Westin Rougeux, and Amelia Rougeux; 4 great grandchildren; two sisters, Judith (Alan) Sanza of Amelia Island, FL, and Wilma Eyster Raynor of Orrville; two brothers, Harry “Butch” Nehls of Xenia, and William (Sue) Nehls of Tampa, FL.
She was preceded in death by sons Daniel P. Corbett and James Michael Corbett; grandchild, Nick Corbett; sister, Mary Frances Oakes, and brothers, Kenneth and Kevin Traskos, and Michael H. Nehls.
There will be no services and cremation will take place.
