DHS softball team helps local family at holidays

Dalton High School’s softball players adopted a family for Christmas.

“The girls and their families went above and beyond for the family we adopted,” according to Softball Coach Pam Spencer.

There are 31 girls in the high school program. Students and their families donated gifts including clothes, Giant Eagle gift card, hygiene products, hats and gloves, puzzles, games, pajamas and toys.
