Nichols, Erin Marie

Wooster — Erin Marie Nichols, 39, passed away unexpectedly early the morning of January 10th, 2021.

She was born on April 19, 1981, in Barberton, Ohio to Jim Nichols and Denise Eckel.

Erin was a loving mother to her son Mason and enjoyed spending all her time with him. Erin graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Akron in Fine and Applied Arts. She desired to get into the counseling profession.

She is preceded in death by Colby Muckelroy, Mason’s father. Maternal grandparents, Wanda and John O’Connor

Erin leaves behind her son, Mason; parents Jim (Dawn) Nichols; Denise (Tim) Eckel; siblings, Tracey Eckel, Cory (Abbie) Nichols, Cody (Chrissy Chapman) Nichols, and Cohen Nichols; paternal grandparents, Jim (Beverly) Nichols; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life service will happen this summer for family and close friends.
