Orrville — Pamela Kaye Janssen, age 63, of Orrville, died from Covid-19 Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at Aultman Orrville Hospital in Orrville, following a period of declining health.
Pamela was born on December 29, 1957, in Mount Vernon, Ohio, to the late James and Esther (Burch) Rutledge and married Ken on October 30, 1992, in Marshallville.
She graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene College and worked as a Shipping Clerk for Crown Division and has been retired for 20 years.
Pamela enjoyed sewing, crafting, quilting, and crocheting. She was active within the church, helped make diaper bags for the Stark Pregnancy Choices, and made over 400 dresses for girls in Kenya.
Surviving are two sons, James Yarbour of West Salem, and Jason Yarbour of Orrville; daughter, Kristina (Michael Fisher) Yarbour of Wooster; grandchildren, Kami, Hailey, Halee, Skylar, Jocelynn, Addisson, and Braydon,; two siblings, Sharron Durbin of Dayton and Rita (Richard) Resnick of the Carolina’s.
She was preceded in death by siblings, Norma Mashburn, and Carolyn Harmon.
Cremation will take place and services will be at a later date.
