Orrville — Loretta Jane Moralle, age 82, of Orrville, passed away Sunday, March 28, 2021, at her residence in Orrville, following a period of declining health.
Loretta was born on July 25, 1938, in Canal Fulton, to the late Joseph and Eva (Gordon) Hershey. She married James Moralle on July 25, 1953, in Barberton. James survives.
She worked as a cook for Orrville Schools for 30 years, retiring in 2011.
Loretta enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandkids, spending time at the cabin camping and visiting with her friends there, crocheting, and traveling especially to Alaska.
Surviving are three daughters, Carolyn (Clyde) Bloomfield of Orrville, Cindy (Randy) Yoder of Orrville, and Chris Moralle of Highland Beach, FL; son, James Moralle, Jr. of Orrville; seven grandchildren, Erica (Jason) Goretzki, Jessica (Matt) Lyons, Daniel (Ashley) King, Jaclyn King, Julia King, Dustin (Sarah) Moralle, and Shannon (Tyler) Lytle; five great-grandchildren, Layla and Mila Lyons, Brielle and Brooke Lytle, Taylor Moralle, and baby boy King on the way; brother, Joseph Hershey of Creston.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Smith.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Auble Funeral Home, 512 East Oak Street, Orrville, with Pastor Don E. Bolich officiating.
Visitors are asked to wear masks, practice social distancing, and adhere to posted signs and spacing limitations. Seating may be limited.
