BUSINESS NEWS: Kristen Kiko becomes fourth generation auctioneer
Kristen Kiko, a licensed realtor, has now become a fourth-generation auctioneer with KIKO – Realtors, Auctioneers & Advisors. Kristen started with KIKO as a realtor in 2016. She then went on to become an Apprentice Auctioneer before passing the Ohio Auctioneers exam and successfully becoming a licensed auctioneer, according to a news release.
As a fourth-generation member of the Kiko family, Kristen grew up working with her father, Peter Kiko Sr., selling and auctioning real estate. The Dalton High School alumna graduated from Walsh University in 2010 with a double major in Business Management and Marketing. After graduating, she worked as a Regional Sales Training Manager and Property Manager managing multi-unit apartment communities.
A resident of Wayne County, Kristen is a member of the Orrville and Wooster Chambers of Commerce and the Stark County and Ohio Board of Realtors. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and helping her husband run his small furniture business, One3One Designs.
With the addition of her auctioneer’s license, Kristen looks forward to providing her clients in Wayne, Stark and surrounding counties with options – better serving with their residential and agricultural properties.
