Book signing for Andy Miller’s ‘An Unlikely Pilot’
KIDRON Book signing for “An Unlikely Pilot“ written by local author Andy Miller is 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Aug. 21 at Salem Mennonite Church, 3363 Zuercher Road, Kidron.
Miller began his life as an aviator in the skies of Red Lake, Ontario, piloting seaplanes and ski-planes over the Canadian bush. He transported everything from passengers, trappers’ furs and mining equipment to a mad prospector who tried to hijack his plane.
Miller’s long career in the skies finished in corporate jets based back in the U.S. In these stories, he looks back on his many years in space and on the earth and sees God guiding his navigation. Available at: Gospel Book Store, Faith View Books, Bookcentra.com and amazon.com.

This is Nada from the Fulk farm near Oakland. How well I remember when you and the Amish community came to our rescue and did our farm work. I have a picture of Simon, Ralph and several boys ( you?) sitting on our front porch. I wrote about what this meant to our family. One of Ernest Shrocks grandsons now own the farm. I enjoyed your book — it sounds like your life has been full of adventure.
