DALTON  The Dalton branch of the Wayne County Public Library has something for everyone with story times and programs at 127 S Church St. To register for programs requiring registration and for more information, call 330- 828-8486.

Olympic Field Sports Challenge
3:45 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 2
Celebrate the summer Olympics as we discover the science of field sports by participating in the Frog High Jump, Frog Long Jump, Straw Javelin Throw and the Cotton Ball Shot Put. May the best scientist succeed. Registration for grades 3-6 is required.

Family Story Time
10:15 a.m. Wednesdays, Sept. 15–Oct. 20
Registration is required.
Stories, rhymes, songs and fun.

Take IT and Make IT
Come in to get a craft to take home and make. All Day – While supplies last

Wayne Center for the Arts: Land of Oz
6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28
Come meet Dorothy, the Cowardly Lion, Tinman, and Scarecrow from the Wayne Center for the Arts Land of Oz ballet. Watch them dance and learn to follow along! All ages are welcome. Space is limited, registration is required.
