Good, Lydia Ann
WEST SALEM – Lydia Ann Good, 71, of West Salem, Ohio departed this life November 15, 2021, following a period of declining health. She passed away peacefully at home, lovingly surrounded by her family. She was born in Ashland on October 25, 1950 to the late Elam and Lydia (Imhoff) Weaver.
She accepted Christ in her youth and was a member of Maple Hill Mennonite Church at the time of her passing.
On November 1, 1970, she married Dana Good, who survives.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by 5 daughters and 3 sons, Shanda of Wooster, Charlene (Joseph) Glick of Massillon, Cheryl of Wadsworth, Cynthia and Charity of West Salem, Christopher (Freda) of West Salem, Chadwin (Esther) of Lisbon, and Carlin of West Salem; 18 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Edith (John) Peterson of Caledonia, and Naomi (Junior) Richard of Wooster; 4 brothers, Harvey (Ina) Weaver of Goshen IN, Melvin (Ruth) Weaver of Reinholds, PA, Virgil (Janet) Weaver of Wooster, Elam C. (Martha) Weaver of Shippensburg, PA; a sister-in-law, Doris Weaver of Wooster.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 grandsons, Randall Glick and Doran Good; 2 brothers, Elmer and Roy Weaver.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 19, at 10:00 am at the Chester Mennonite Church. Burial will follow in the Eight Square Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday, November 18 from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm at Pine View Christian School, 4730 Rutt Road, Wooster.
