Orrville — Virginia May Duncan-McIntire, age 81, of Orrville, died Saturday, November 20, 2021, at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus in Cleveland, following a period of declining health.
Virginia was born on November 28, 1939, in Orrville, Ohio, to the late Raymond and Pearl (Deibler) Boyes. She married the late Robert McIntire Sr.
She enjoyed gardening, playing bingo, taking care of animals, was an excellent cook, always found herself busy, her first priority was taking care of her children, and was always a fighter.
Surviving are four sons, Tony McIntire of Wooster, Robert (Carla) McIntire Jr. of Lakeville, Allen McIntire of Wooster, and Cass Duncan of Orrville; daughter, Debbie (Brad) Bennett of Iowa, LA; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and son-in-law, Robert Miller of Apple Creek.
She was preceded in death by, son, Kenneth McIntire; daughter, Diana Miller; siblings, Delores Holmes, Russell Boyes, and George-Emmett Boyes.
Friends may call on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at Auble Funeral Home, 512 East Oak Street, Orrville, from 10 am to 12 pm.
Services will be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, at Auble Funeral Home, with Pastor David Greegor officiating and will be live streamed at https://www.facebook.com/
