Dalton’s wrestling team won five of the six matches Dec. 29 at Tuslaw High School. “Our team is starting to get into a groove and wrestle with some confidence,” said Head Coach Kenton Lemon.

“We are really starting to trust our conditioning which is always nice to see. We have to continue to build our offense from every position.

“It’s exciting to go compete against Tuslaw because they are always really solid and we know that we could potentially see some of those matchups again at the district tournament. I thought our young guys really battled and our seniors went out and took care of business. We need to continue to bring that work ethic to practice and continue to compete with whoever steps on the line across from us.”
