Troyer, Ray D.
Ray D. Troyer, 55, of Apple Creek passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family following a brief battle with cancer.
He was born in Millersburg on January 17, 1967 to Dan J. and Alma (Miller) Troyer and married Angie Coblentz on September 26, 1992 and she survives.
He was the owner of Troyer Roofing and Construction and was a member of Fairlawn Mennonite Church. He enjoyed fishing and watching his children’s sporting events.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by children, Lance (Alexandria) of Apple Creek, Lyndsey (fiancé Andy) of the home, and Brooklyn (boyfriend Mateo) of the home; granddaughters, Liberty Jade and Lillie Rae (on the way); sisters, Edna (Dan) Weaver, and Miriam (Leroy) Hershberger.
Memorial services will be held on Monday, February 7, 2022 at 11:00 am at Fairlawn Mennonite Church, 8520 Emerson Road, Apple Creek. Family graveside services will be held prior at Apple Creek Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the church. Spidell Funeral Home in Mount Eaton is handling the arrangements.
