Ross, Ronni L.

Wooster — Ronni L. Ross, age 60, of Wooster, formerly of Orrville, died Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at his home in Wooster, following a sudden illness.
Ronni was born on June 29, 1961, in Orrville, to the late Ronald and Elena (Waugh) Ross and graduated from Orrville High School (Wayne County Schools Career Center) in 1980.  He married Daphne Miller on April 2, 1982, in Smithville. Daphne survives.
He was a welder by trade, but was working in production control for American Augers in West Salem for the last 30 years.
Ronni enjoyed cruising in his Pop’s ’62 Chevy, deer hunting, stock car racing, and “picking” for Just Enough Antiques, the store he owned with his wife.  Most of all he loved his family, especially playing with his grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, Daphne, he is survived by his daughter, April (Justin) Cherilla of Shreve; son, Mason (Hanna) Ross of Wooster; grandchildren, Parker and Sadie Cherilla; and sister, Charlotte (Edward) Shoup of Orrville.
He was preceded in death by his parents; twin brother, Donni L. Ross; and sister, Rita Vodika.
Friends may call on Sunday, March 13, 2022, at Auble Funeral Home, 512 East Oak Street, Orrville, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, at the funeral home, with Pastor John Mulpas officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made out to Daphne Ross, in the memo marked “Prayers for Pete” at 5973, Blachleyville Rd, Wooster, 44691.
