No major injuries in Monday crash involving semi

No major injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash Monday evening involving a semitrailer.

A 2013 Dodge Avenger was traveling north on Kohler Road and failed to yield at the stop sign at U.S. 30, according to the Ohio Highway Patrol. It was then struck by a 2016 Mack Truck that was traveling east on U.S. 30 in the left lane at about 8:41 p.m.

The driver of the Dodge was an 18-year-old from Orrville. The report states that she was treated at the scene, however she was not transported to a hospital. She was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign

The driver of the semi was a 49-year-old Canton man. The report states that he was not injured.
