Evening for Honduras

KIDRON   Team Up for Honduras hosts dinner and entertainment by Honeytown band for “An Evening for Honduras” at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 28 at 4434 Kidron Road, Kidron. Cost is $40 per person/$80 per couple. Swiss Steak Dinner
MASSILLON Grace United Church of Christ, 933 Main Ave W, Massillon, has a drive-thru Swiss Steak Dinner 4-6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21 or until sold out. Drive in and place your order, dinners will be brought to your car. $10 dinner includes Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, applesauce, cole slaw, bread, and dessert. No advance orders.

Farm Toy Show
SMITHVILLE Wayne County Farm Toy Show is 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4 at Smithville High School. Admission is $3. For more information, call 330-669-9455.

Secrest Garden Fair
WOOSTER Applications are being accepted for the second annual Secrest Garden Fair, which will be Saturday, June 10, at Secrest Arboretum.
The juried event will showcase handmade arts and crafts, with a special focus on those with nature, garden, and floral themes. A printable application form is available t www.friendsofsecrest.com/garden-fair, according to a news release.
Secrest Arboretum, on the Wooster campus of The Ohio State University, is the perfect venue for artists and craftsmen to display their work. Booths will be artfully arranged along the paved walking path which begins at the visitors center and meanders through the arboretum to the Children’s Garden.
The event will include gardening workshops, activities for kids, and local food trucks.
