Shirley J. (Kitzmiller) Lehman, 84

Wooster — Shirley J. (Kitzmiller) Lehman, age 84, of Wooster, formerly of Orrville, died Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at West View Healthy Living in Wooster, following a brief period of declining health.
Shirley was born on June 7, 1938, in Canton, Ohio, to the late Elmer and Sarah (Bender) Yoder and graduated from Southern Garrett County Junior Senior High School in Oakland, Maryland.
She was a homemaker and worked to make her house a home for her family. Later she went on to work as a secretary for Prentke Romich.
Shirley attended Christian and Missionary Alliance Church. She loved gardening, cooking, reading, sewing, and going for walks. Most of all she cherished spending time with her family.
Surviving are son, Dave C. (Cindy) Kitzmiller; daughter in-law, Melodi Kitzmiller; four grandchildren, Robbie (Aneya) Kitzmiller, Amanda (Dan) Burt, Laura (Ryan) Hawk, and Holly Kitzmiller; four siblings, Loretta Kitzmiller, Carl Bender, Esther (Gary) Lawrence, an Loyal (Becky) Yoder; step-children, Sarah (Todd) Wertz, Owen (Judy) Lehman, Sheldon Lehman, and Olus Lehman; seven step-grandchildren, Preston (Katia) Lehman, Krista (Duane) Raber, Jonathan Lehman, Jennifer (Jay) Adams, Joscelyn Lehman, Rachel Wertz, and Joshua Wertz; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by first husband, Robert C. Kitzmiller; son, Phillip R. Kitzmiller; and her second husband, Bradley Lehman.
Friends may call on Sunday, January 22, 2023, at Auble Funeral Home, 512 East Oak Street, Orrville, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 24, 2022, at Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, 300 S. Walnut St., Orrville, with Pastor Paul Simonsen officiating. Burial will take place at the Crown Hill Cemetery in Orrville.
