Brenton Ray Kaufman, 16
Brenton Ray Kaufman passed away unexpectedly on March 31, 2023, at the age of 16.
He was born on July 28, 2006, to parents Brad & Tracey (Weirick) Kaufman in Millersburg, Ohio. Brenton was currently attending the 10th grade at West Holmes High School and worked part time at Camp Toodik as a ground’s keeper.
Brenton loved life to the fullest and was a ray of sunshine to those who love him. A few of his favorite things were his family, friends, trucks and tractors. He could always be found working on his trucks, rebuilding parts on his tractors, and was capable of building about anything. Brenton was loved deeply by many and will be missed by everyone.
He is survived by his parents Brad & Tracey Kaufman; his little sister Kaitlynn Kaufman; his grandparents Naomi Weirick, Ray “Pawpaw” (Jen Jen) Kaufman, and Yvette “Jeep Grandma” (Grandpa Bob) Shultz; his great grandparents Ellen Kaufman and Paul (Kathy) Kent; his Uncle Billy (Ashley) Kent; his aunt Margaret (Tyler) Welch; many cousins; his girlfriend Ashleigh Gentry; and good friends Erikson, Mya, Jordan, and Haven.
Brenton was preceded in death by his great grandparents Margaret Jones, Henry Weirick, Carl Kaufman, and Robert (Ellen) Shultz; and his great uncle Clyde Kaufman.
Brenton’s family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, from 4-7 p.m. in the Snyder Funeral Home- Lindsey Chapel, Loudonville. A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Hetzel See officiating. Burial will follow in Nashville Cemetery.
