Vicky Lyn Dalessandro, 85

Orrville — Vicky Lyn Dalessandro, age 85, of Orrville, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at her residence, following a period of declining health.

Vicky was born on May 30, 1938, in Massillon, Ohio, to the late Darls and Nova (Yates) Scott and married Thomas Dalessandro on April 10, 1959, in Orrville. Thomas survives.

She graduated from Orrville High School in 1956 and was a housewife for many years before working at the Goodtimes Restaurant in Orrville for 11 years.

Vicky was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She enjoyed being outdoors doing yard work, baking, and playing a marble board game with her daughter that her father made and has been in the family for many years.

In addition to her husband, Thomas, surviving are daughter, Robin (David) Coppola of Orrville; two grandchildren, Brittany Besancon of Lakewood, and Jenna (Dillon) Coppola Wipert of Summersville, SC; and twin sisters, Vaughnda and Vivienne Scott both of Wooster.

She was preceded in death by both her parents.

Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place at Crown Hill Cemetery in Orrville.
