Henry E. Miller, 73

Henry was born on June 9, 1950 to Emmanuel and Mary Miller of Ethridge, Tennessee.  He was born into a large family with 10 sisters and 2 brothers.  He married Malinda Miller on May 22, 1976 and was a devoted, loving husband who took care of his wife during her battle with cancer.  They were married for 41 years.

Henry’s priority in life was his family.  He was quick to help his children, often going beyond the limits of his physical health and strength.  He enjoyed visiting with friends and family. He will be remembered for his quick wit and joking personality. Grandpa loved spending time with his grandkids.  He often went camping, boating, to sports events and took them out for ice cream.  He never learned how to tell them no.  He worked hard to provide for his family at various jobs while also farming.  He worked at Steinway Equipment where he played a key role in designing dairy equipment, fabricator at Venture Products and most recently at P. Graham Dunn where his roles included groundskeeping, driver and working in production.

Surviving are his children, Japheth (Karen) Miller of Smithville, Mary (Franklin) Geiser of Dalton, Rhoda (Michael) Mast of Apple Creek, Javan (Kayla) Miller of Orrville, Hannah (John) Vezie of Navarre, Jalon Miller of Orrville and Rita (Aaron) Miller of Shreve; grandchildren, Savannah, Braden and Charlotte Mast, Kaitlyn, Kylie and Emily Geiser, Paislie Miller, Kailynn and Kendall Miller, Kaden, Myla and Alaina Vezie.

He was preceded in death by his wife Malinda Miller, son James Miller and granddaughter Andrea Miller.
