Sarah (Yoder) Miller, 87

Sarah (Yoder) Miller, 87, of Mt. Eaton, Ohio, died on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at her residence after a period of declining health.

She was born on February 24, 1936 to the late Andrew J.C. and Mary Ann (Kurtz) Yoder and on January 24, 1957 she married Moses N. Miller who preceded her in death on December 8, 2009.

She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

She is survived by her children, Roy (Sadie) Miller of Kidron, Mary Ann (Raymond) Weaver of the home, Marvin (Edna) Miller of Winesburg, Wes (Edna) Miller of Mt. Eaton, Fannie (Ivan) Hershberger of Holmesville, and Kathy of the home; 19 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; sisters, Katie Yoder of Mt. Eaton, Nettie (Harvey) Bowman of Winesburg; brothers, Abe (Ada) Yoder of Mt. Eaton, Aden (Ella) Yoder of Mt. Eaton, Roy (Lovina) Yoder of Mt. Eaton; sisters-in-law, Amanda (late Dan) Yoder of Winesburg, Elizabeth (Harvey) Wengerd of Aylmer, ON, Katie (late Paul) Miller of Sugarcreek, Mattie (late Yost) Miller of Clare, MI.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her brother, Dan Yoder; brothers-in-law, Yost Miller, Paul Miller, and Jonas Raber; sisters-in-law, Susan Raber and Ada Miller.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 13, 2023 at 9 am at the family residence with Bishop Aden M. Yoder officiating. Burial will follow in Hershberger Cemetery, Paint Township, Wayne County. Friends may call after 2 pm on Saturday or anytime on Sunday at the family residence. Spidell Funeral Home in Mount Eaton is handling the arrangements.
