Barbara Cline, 75

Orrville — Barbara Cline, 75, of Orrville, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Apostolic Christian Village in Rittman, following a period of declining health.

Barbara was born on May 17, 1951, in Parkersburg, West Virginia, to the late Herldy Jr. and Betty (Riggs) Cline. She graduated from Orrville High School and later earned her degree from the University of Phoenix.

Barbara worked for Westinghouse-Rosemount for 45 years, retiring as an administrative assistant in human resources in 2015. After her retirement, she enjoyed working as a barista at Buehler’s, where she appreciated the opportunity to interact with members of the community.

Barbara loved giving back to her community. She volunteered with the Orrville Boys & Girls Club and helped with Ohio Heritage Days at Malabar Farm for many years. She also had a lifelong passion for crafting and often brought her children along to craft shows. Her many creative interests included tole painting, theorem painting, folk art, and card making.

She is survived by her son, Ben (Julie) Gadfield; her daughter, Sarah (Jeff) Lasko; her four grandchildren, Elliot, Zachary, Adam, and Lydia; and her siblings, Keith Cline, Connie Lee Garver, Susan (Dale) Byall, and Sheri Kandel.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Herldy and Betty Cline; and her brother in law Buford “Boo” Kandel.
