By Editor | July 20, 2020 | 2 In light of the new Ohio law that requires horse-drawn vehicles to have a flashing light, should Amish operators of horse-drawn vehicles be ticketed the same way motorists are when they don't comply with traffic laws? Yes, the yellow flashing light will protect not only Amish buggies but others on the roads and traffic laws should be enforced across the board.
