Dutch Kitchen Announces Plans for New Ownership
June 25, 2021, Dalton, Ohio – LincWay LLC announced that it will acquire the Das
Dutch Kitchen/dba Dutch Kitchen with ownership change on July 1, 2021. Dutch
Kitchen has supported and served the local Wayne County community since 1993 in the
hospitality business.
Dutch Kitchen part owner, Larry Kannal states, “We have been so blessed to be a part of
serving the Wayne County Community and extremely excited for the Steiner family as
they continue to promote and enhance that same vision and culture that we promoted at
Dutch Kitchen.” LincWay LLC is owned by the Dallas & Rhoda Steiner family. The
family appreciates the opportunity to continue the Dutch Kitchen legacy that has been
such a core value in serving the community. The restaurant will continue using the
“Dutch Kitchen” name with manager Dennis Horst continuing to provide leadership to
the current team and daily operations.

in our community and those who travel from a distance to visit Wayne County,” say
Delight Howells, director of LincWay LLC. The restaurant will complement the goals
and vision of having places in the community for people to “Link” or come together.
LincWay plans to partner with the Wayne County Children’s STEAM Playlab, as well as
open LincWay Café & Market, LincWay Art Studio, and LincWay Workspace . All are
planned to open in 2022 in the field to the west of Dutch Kitchen.
Dennis, part owner of Dutch Kitchen, is excited to see the strong alliance of community
activities coming together and appreciative that the restaurant can be a pivotal rol e in
continuing to support, grow, and make our community thrive. Dennis greatly appreciates
