* Village Council has a special meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Village Hall to approve the transfer of funds.
More announcements are on the village website at villageofdalton.us. Village offices will be closed Jan. 1-3 in observance of the holiday.
Curbside pick-up for Christmas trees begins Tuesday, Dec 28, 2021. Trees can also be dropped off of at the Village garage. No decoration, no bags.
East Wayne Fire District
* East Wayne Fire District trustees have a special meeting at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Station 1 in Dalton. The following items will be on the agenda: pay end of year bills; consider end of year purchases (utility trailers); 2nd considerations of building subcommittee; 2nd consideration of legal subcommittee; DVFD lease; resolution to proceed with 2022 levy.
