Gerald Schloneger, 82
Gerald Schloneger, 82, of Apple Creek, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare.
He was born in Louisville on September 4, 1942 to the late John and Amy (Wengerd) Schloneger and married Shirley Finley on September 4, 1962. She died March 7, 2022.
He is survived by daughters, Renae (Zane) Beegle, Kris (Glenn Sewell) Geib and Angie Singer, all of Apple Creek; granddaughters, Samantha (Jason) Wenger, Emily Geib, Nicole Singer and Tonya Singer; siblings, Norma (Dan) Erb, Elvin (Kathy) Schloneger, Wes (Barb) Schloneger and Rod (Brenda) Schloneger.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Charlene Parrish; and a brother, Loyal Schloneger
Family graveside services will be held in the Apple Creek Cemetery with Pastor Randy Moomaw officiating. Friends and family may call on Thursday, January 2, 2025 from 9-11:00 am at the Spidell Funeral Home in Mount Eaton.
