Stephanie Clark, 49

Dalton — Stephanie Clark, age 49, of Dalton, passed peacefully Saturday, January 25, 2025, at home surrounded by family after a courageous battle with cancer.

Stephanie was born on December 28, 1975, in Wooster, to Jim and Dianne (Olsen) Fry and graduated from Dalton High School in 1994. She continued her education at Ashland University where she earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting and then earned her Master’s from the University of Akron. She married Kris Clark on September 19, 1998, at Living Water Church in Dalton and Kris survives.

She worked as a CPA at her own firm, Boulder Accounting.

Stephanie was formerly active with the Dalton Ski Club and the Dalton Band while her sons were in school. She loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed spending her free time running, snowboarding, mountain biking and traveling.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Tyler (Abby) Clark and Bryce Clark, both of Dalton; brother, Jeremy (Chelsey) Fry of Dalton; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; and her dogs, Breck, Walt, and Zillie.

Friends may call on Friday, January 31, 2025, at Auble Funeral Home, 512 East Oak Street, Orrville, from 5:00 pm to 6:45 pm.

A memorial service will follow at 7:00 pm on Friday, at the funeral home, with Pastor Timothy Hull officiating.
