Bacan, Susan L.

Orrville — Susan L. Bacan, age 69, of Orrville, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at her residence.

Susan was born on September 28, 1951, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, to the late Clyde Sr. and Amy (Williams) Goldsworthy and graduated from Clairton (PA) High School.  She married William B. Bacan on September 15, 1972, in Orrville. William died on June 27, 2012.

She worked various jobs over the years and was a homemaker most of her life. Susan enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and spending time with her family, especially her grandkids.

Surviving are her daughter, Cathy (Elmer Clark) Bacan of Orrville; three grandchildren, Taylor Boylen, Maddie “This One” Pogras, and Sammie “That One” Pogras; and a brother, Clyde “Butch” (Linda) Goldsworthy of Clairton, PA.

She was preceded in death by husband, William B. Bacan, mother, Amy Goldsworthy, father, Clyde Austin Goldsworthy, Sr..

Per Susan’s wishes, services will be private and burial will take place at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville.
